I am amongst those who are lucky enough to be surrounded by people who sometimes have more trust in me than I have in myself. I am very grateful and feel blessed to have them in my life because when I am feeling blue (sometimes it happens), or not sure about my next step, these people are there for me. Non-judging, criticizing, but helping me, giving me valuable feedback on how I am doing or simply just holding the space for me to heal.
Do you have uplifting people in your circle?
If you feel that you don’t have yet, then I would lovingly like to suggest you surround yourself with people who lift you up, who give you honest feedback, who kick you in the ass sometimes to keep you moving forward, people who challenge you to be the best possible version of yourself.
What are you going to do with the feedback when you have it? You just simply acknowledge it? Or are you willing to take some action, too?
The truth is, that no one will do the inner work for you. That is your job. It is your responsibility to return to yourself, to find yourself again, and do the inner work. You can only change if you grow from inside out.
Would you rather stay where you are right now, living an imbalanced life, going to bed every evening worrying about the next day, or would you take some action toward the perfect life you envisioned for yourself?
Let me know if you are ready to do the inner work. Let me know if you are ready to take that first steps toward a balanced and happy life. Comment “I am ready” below.
Much love,
Krisztina
