Emotions influence the way we live and interact with others, but if I would ask you to define what are emotions, I believe that it would be hard to express them in words. Emotions have something in common – they all come from inside; from within you.
Let’s take a glance at these emotions: happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, anger and surprise. These emotions can be combined, and the result is different feelings. Emotions are the colour of your life.
The most “wanted” emotion is the emotion of happiness.
Happiness is what people thrive the most, but the only problem is that the majority of people are looking to find happiness outside them, not realising that happiness is a state of mind and comes from within oneself. YOU can decide to be in the state of happiness; and your thoughts, what you think to creates happiness. Happiness plays an enormous role in your mental and physical wellbeing.
