Or you are aware of the present moment? You live in the present. This is what is sure you have. The past – is memory. The future – imagination. But what truly is – the present moment.
Mindfulness means to take notice of your emotions, feeling and thoughts, take notice of every sensation. Make everything by choice. Your choice. Free yourself from your past. You are not living there anymore. Free yourself from your future. Its not here yet, it is only imagination. Acknowledge yourself. Breathe. Meditate. You will feel calmer and more relaxed. Because the way we think can affect how we feel about ourselves and how we act or re-act on certain situations.
